Plugin for Customer vs Supplier communication

I’m looking for a plugin wich allows the customer to login, e-mail/chat to the website/supplier so that it can be answered.
Would be great to have all the e-mail or chat communications between us and our customer per customer logged. So that we (and the customer) will always know what has been said and agreed upon.
The e-mail/chat must be stored per customer. The customer can login their own email/chat section to talk and also see the history. Is this something that exists at this point?
