Plugin for flash(?), not video though. Help!

I wanted to embed an object from datpiff.com, it is a preview of a mixtape. The object shows up with the little flash icon in the middle of the yellowish box. What plugin would fix this problem? It isn’t a flash video player but I’m assuming it is a flash based program.
