PlugIn for hiding a theme while developing another theme?

  • I need a plugin that allows me to hide a theme while I design/tweak it; I have seen a few and one that says it hasn’t been supported in sometime. What are all options in the plugin world for this need and is there a very easy way to do this…? Thx.

  • My host allows as many sites as someone might want or need to have, so it only cost me a few dollars to register a sandbox domain where I can work on my theme at whatever pace and without affecting anything at all at my two sites where that theme ends up going as I come along. By doing that, I am right there on the destination server and do not have to be concerned about surprises later, and I do not have to be concerned about a theme-switching plugin having any kind of impact or ill effect anywhere.
