Plugin for image management?

    I’m wondering what plugin people use for image management.

    I want to simply:

    * Upload an image
    * Insert it into a post (right-aligned most of the time)
    * Automatically resizes to a thumbnail
    * Sort images into categories

    … and perhaps if possible the ability to give the plugin the URL to the image and for it to download that image from the URL and put it on my servers etc.

    What do people use?
