Plugin for images that scroll(??)

Hi,
this post’s title isn’t perhaps very descriptive of what I am looking for, so I’ll try to explain it in what follows.
I have seen that some websites have images covering the whole width of the screen which, when scrolling the page down or up, the image seems to uncover a portion of itself, that is the part of the image that is visible either shrinks or widens somewhat like on this webpage: https://www.wholesystemsdesign.com/work-with-us

Does anyone know what is the name of this effect and if there is any available plugin that allows to diplay images in this way?
