Plugin for job website

Hi,

my associate and I are preparing a website for job postings. I already checked out wpjobboard which proofed unqualified.

The plugin should have the following functionality: Employers are posting job offerings and tag them with a couple of criterias. Prospective employees are then logging into our website, but see only those job offerings which match the criterias given by the employers. They can now accept one or more offerings which immediately disappear after that, so no one else can see them. As you can see, there is no application process outside the website. The criterias are assigned by us according to the experiences of the employees.

Does anybody have suggestions what plugin or combination of plugins to use? That would be very helpful. Thank you very much.
