    But this referral link is by ICICIDirect.com. So how will it be tracked finally, given the reports will be on ICICIDirect.com dashboard. Do I need to seek help from ICICIDirect.com team?

    For that, it would be good to check icicidirect.com affiliates documentation or contact their support. You should also ask them if this is OK with them / complaint with their therms.
