Plugin for Marginalia

    I am looking for a plugin that mimics or provides the features as in here Marginalia. Its a elegant way to mimic the age old way of annoting a book on a web. from the little knowledge that I have about plugins and wordpress. I assume integration of the feature is possible with a wordpress blog.

    I would like your help to understand if there is an existing plugin with similar features or can someone provide me pointers or collaborate to build one as I am not too conversant with php and mysql.

    Any information in this regards would be highly appreciated

    I happen to know of one currently in development. It doesn’t allow for outside comments, but great as an alternative to footnotes. When something is ready to be released, I’ll post a link to it here.
