Plugin for newsletter subscription popup

Hi,

I’m looking for a free plugin who work with Max Magasine to create a popup subscription at my newsletter. I tried several plugins but all of them don’t work. The layout of my website change completely or there is a error message.

If one of you use this kind of plugin with succes I would be happy to know which one ??
