Plugin for opening lighbox slider from thumbnail.

The link below says it better than explaining this in text.

I’d like a thumbnail (one of several) to open up a lightbox image slider with several images. Here’s the thing. I don’t want the lightbox images to be the same images as the thumbnails. I also would like to be able to have a brief unique text to each image.
