Plugin for organizing and sharing information collected from contactforms

I would really appreciate to get some help with a wordpress page that I’m creating.

I want to create a page where people who are interested to be contacted for a service I’m providing are sending in a contact form. I have to deal with three different companies to process the various requests which therefore need to have access to the request that are sendt in.

What I have done until now is that I have a contact form on my page that visitors must fill in and share the information filled in here by entering the email to the various companies I deal with so they will get the contact form has been sent in.

What is problematic about this is that when there are many requests then this becomes difficult to administer. I want the information that is collected here should not only be sent out via email, but that it should be stored in a database, where each user is stored in a clear way, so that one is able to check off each inquiry that is contacted. The other reason why I would like a database like this is that the need for the customer can change quickly relative to the service I offer, therefore, the customers should have the ability to disable their inquiry after sending it. This must then be updated in the database, so I can see that the inquiry is disabled.

The companies I deal with should also be able to get their own log in page, where they then have access to the database with those who have submitted an inquiry.

Is there a plug in for creating such functionality in a wordpress page?
