Plugin for post Flat sell not real estate

Hi everybody. I am looking for a plugin to create an app where users could public ads and information of the house they want to sell. Others user will be able to see information about the house or flat and contact with the owner. The idea of app is not a real estate business, it is a king of network to sell and buy propertys between particulars.
