Plugin for repair shop customer service / case history

  • This plugin may or may not exist already, but I need these features for my client. They are a repair shop and want to:

    Store customer case history securely online
    Online Billing
    Send alert when item to be repaired arrives at the shop
    Send alert if new part is required
    Send a picture online of the newly repaired item.

    I’m looking for something that is already there, but I also entertain developer offers for programming this. LMK if you are interested.
