Plugin for Sales team commission

  • Hi Folks,
    I cant work this out. There are affiliate plugins to tract referals but I want to track and pay sales. I mean _ I have “Salesleader ” site member user who has a group of “saleteam” member users. If a salesteam member makes a sale – I want to reward the salesleader with a commission . I want to do this always. So if a salesleaders team sells something at any time onsite, I want to track and pay a commission. So just to be clear – I am not tracking and paying commission on referal urls etc.
    Can anyone suggest a plugin that is not overkill.
    My site theme has a built in shopping process – not woo or anything – so I need to probably track the sale at the Paypal payment or something…. any ideas on how to do this.
