Plugin for selling services?

Hello,

I would really appreciate if I could get some input from the community. There are many e-commerce plugins but I couldn’t find something particularly useful for my purpose.

I’d like to be able to offer services in my website. Clients should be able to login, select required package and pay for the service and then get a form to submit some details about order. Once he fills up the form, the order starts. Admin should be able to see the details and then upload reports and mark the order as complete..which will be shown in the client’s private member area. Customers should always be able to see the status of their order (not started, in progress, completed).

This order process resembles somewhat to fiverr.com’s.

Is there any paid theme or plugin that might allow me to have such functions? Or I should start to code php from scratch?
