Plugin for Server Status

  • I am looking for a plugin that will allow me in the back end to add my hosted servers to and either show an image for online, or offline.

    This does not need to actually query the servers, it will be edited by staff.

    This should be really simple. The backend should have the name of the server, and a checkbox for online or offline. The front end should show like so:

    Server Name Status
    —————————————-
    Server 1 Online
    Server 2 Offline
    Server 3 Online

    etc.

    Is there anything out there already for this, or will I need to hire someone to develop it?
