Plugin for sharing uploaded files

Hi

I’m looking for a plugin that makes a list of uploaded files in a directory. The files in the list should also be downloadable. And if it was possible to add categories to each file, that would be terrific. Maybe we’re looking on a plugin that handles the upload process as well, since it’s not possible to add categories in the standard media uploader.

Well, let me know if you know of any plugins tha can do this!
