Plugin for sharing videos on Social Media

I’m kind of new to wordpress. I want to make a site where I post videos and people can share them on Facebook and Twitter. Does anyone know a plugin for this? Also, want a simple theme where the videos and text would appear vertically. Does anyone know of any good themes for this? Also, when they share the video on Facebook can I control how the post looks? I want the text to appear with the video underneath. I do not want to host my videos on YouTube, so hopefully I can host them on WordPress.
