Plugin for Slideshow Content; NOT Featured Posts

I’m trying to find a plugin that will allow creating slideshow CONTENT, not just image gallery or featured posts sliders.
Examples of what i’m talking about are: https://www.marthastewart.com/photogallery/fathers-day-gifts and https://www.thedailygreen.com/organic-lawn-care-tips-47071704.
Notice that both of those slideshows utilize anchor tags (#) in the url to advance the slide. That means the slide can change without having to reload the entire page for the next slide.
I’ve been trying to find a plugin to do this for months but have not been successful. Can anyone help?
