• I run a site that sells wordpress themes. Is there a plugin that helps us keep track of people that have purchased themes? I want something i can place the purchasers info into, just a database type thing. Doesn’t even have to be a plugin just something to keep records with, any theme sellers out there know what to use?

  • I have used payloadz.com on a couple sites. It is a simple, easy to use, digital download system. You basically just create an account, upload a file you want to sell, set the price, etc.. and it generates the ‘buy’ links which you place on your site.

That way everything is handled securely through their site, you get email notifications, records are stored, etc..

(not affiliated with payloadz – I have just used them)

Well then, why not just a simple off-line spreadsheet? Otherwise, you could use something like phpMyEdit to keep track in an online database…you could even use your WP db with this.
