Plugin for tour reservations

Hi – I’m looking for a plugin that manages tour reservation for a boating company. So far I’ve tried Checkfront, BookingBug, Planyo, Booking Calendar and Rezgo but they all seem to be fairly limited. This is basically what I’m trying to do

I’m looking to setup a booking system for a business that offers boat tours. They have a fleet of 15 boats and customers can book punting tours for any time of the day, including late night tours for up to 2 hours at a time. At peak times of the day all 15 boats may be booked for one time slot but there may be staff shortages for the late night tours so fewer tours may only be booked (5 for example). The customer must be able to choose whether they would like a chauffered punt or a self service punt, (self service being a cheaper option). The customer would only pay a deposit online and then the rest of the payment would be paid in person. The system should have the ablility to have addons at the point of sale like a bottle of wine, for example. The user should be able to switch between different languages on the front end
