Plugin for User Ideas?

Hi,

I would like to add something like this on my wordpress site:
https://www.ads-software.com/ideas/

A feature, where users can post ideas and also comment on and vote/rate those of others.

I couldn’t find any suitable plugin so far, and I testet a lot of them…
