Plugin forces the website to load from the bottom

Hello!

I have been facing trouble with how my website loads from the middle/bottom of the page instead of the top. I tried disabling all the plugins, but disabling preloader plus seemed to keep the website loading from the top. Is there a way for me to fix this? Or maybe a patch if someone else is also facing a similar issue? This issue persists on all of the pages, not just the home page. Thanks so much!
