[Plugin: FormBuilder] How to show application on page or post

Hello,
I have a problem, maybe it’s very simple but still – it’s problem.
I have successfully created form called “Pets for sale” and inserted it in a page. Ok, Than? I am filling (for test) this form, clicking on send and it says thanks. Where did it add this entry? I mean – I’ve filled this form and clicked on send, but where was this entry added?
