    Yes, formidable is mulit-site compatible. One unlimited pro license will cover support and updates for all of your sites–WP MU or otherwise.

    In addition to this feature grid, the free version is limited to a few of the more basic field types. Upgrading to pro will give you access to many more field types.

    I really recommend installing the free version and see if it has all the features you need before upgrading.
