[Plugin: Fotobook] Not connecting correctly to Facebook account

I’ve installed the Fotobook plugin and am so excited to use it. However, when I click on the ‘Grant Permissions’ button and then use my (business page) account to log into Facebook, I get the following message from Facebook:
You may now close this window and return to the application.

When I return to the wp admin screen for the Fotobook plugin, I still see the following:

There are currently no active Facebook accounts.

Am I missing something obvious here? My debug info is below:
