[Plugin: Free Stock Photos Foter] WordPress hosting option not working

When saving an image I get the option to host via “WordPress Hosting” or “Foter Hosting”. Even if I choose WordPress the image is still being hosted at Foter. Is this a bug or do I need to change a setting?
