Plugin freezes

  • Assalaamu Alaikum, we have been using this plugin for years. On some phone browsers, the plug-in freezes on a date and doesnt display new date and it remains stuck there until the wordpress website cache is flushed. On other browsers, it works fine. It is happening sporadically but enough to cause an issue. Android or iphone doesnt matter, it happens on both. What can cause it not to go to the next day? and why would flushing the cache help? Any insight would be helpful,

    I have seen it couple of times. It could be several reasons but mainly if your site uses a cache plugin installed by yourself or by the hosting provider. If you have installed a cache plugin, you need configure it, so you can exclude shortcode/pages etc or disable it.
    Or if it is something done by the hosting provider, you need ask with support ticket to disable caching on your VM.
