    Hey guys,
I’m trying to convert all images on my website to Webp. But your plugin stays for hours and hours and doesn’t move. The plugin evolves to 3/14, but does not evolve further, even after hours: https://prnt.sc/c2kTJDB8c_8l

Could you help me resolve this?

Thank you and I look forward to it,
    Rodrigo Carlos

    Hi @rodrigocs

Thank you so much for your patience.

Unfortunately, there is a known glitch where sometimes it’s not related to generating WebP itself, but to that counter, which might be wrong. Our developers are aware and I really hope that it will be improved soon.

However, a way to check that all your images are converted in WebP is to enable the display WebP(Next-Gen) option(Settings > Imagify), so you can check if there are images not displayed in WebP and if there is a WebP version created for them.

You can check if a WebP version of an image is created if you append .webp at the end of the image URL.

Also, on the following link you can see how to check if your images are displayed in WebP(Next-Gen) on your site?https://imagify.io/documentation/how-to-check-if-webp-image-is-displayed-on-your-site/.

Let me know if you need further assistance. I’ll be happy to help.

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna
