[Plugin: Front-end Editor] Firebug errors loading front-end editor with Aloha

In firebug I get the following errors loading front-end editor

If anyone is getting any of the following errors please let me know if and how you may have resolved them

If the Aloha based editor is turned on these errors occur, if shut off, the errors disappear but some conflicts still exist.

The strange thing is the aloha editor still works even with these errors

one plugin the [empty] tag shows on posts using plugins even though there is no text area to edit.

Aloha ERROR: jQuery was included at least a second time after loading Aloha. This will cause serious problems. You must not load other versions of jQuery with Aloha.
