V3, beta is out. just like the fuzzy recent posts, the two main additions are the xslt argument, which lets you customize the display at will, and built-in caching.

v.3.2 is out and adds wrapper functions for php5 platforms with Sablotron disabled.

    v.3.3 silently discards parse errors

I try this……. but as far as i can tell i can’t do..

List Recent update post by catagory? ( With date next to them )

Or List recent update post by date with Catagory next to them……. )

    Is this currently possible?

Hi, I just installed the current version of Recent Updates and right now, if I modify a post it will be moved to the top of the list. I’d like it to keep listing posts according to post dates regardless of modifications; is there a way I can do this? TIA.

you’d need to hack wordpress to stop updating the modified date

Thanks. So I understand that this plugin (recently updated) is based on the modified date as opposed to created date if both are kept separately in the db. Is your recent posts plugin based on created or modified date? (I’m wondering whether that could be one difference between the two) TIA.

recent posts uses created, recent updates uses modified

Love the plug-in but am having a problem turning into an unordered list as you can see here: https://www.kyndmusic.com.

    I’ve tried

    • and
tags before and after <?php the_recent_updates(); ?> to no avail.

    Suggestsions?
