[Plugin: FV WordPress Flowplayer] shortcode not appearing in custom field

I’ve just tried using FV WordPress Flowplayer which seems to work fine when I use it in the native wordpress content wysiwyg box but when I try to add a video to one of my custom fields the short code is not inserted? Am I missing something simple? I am using ACF to make my custom fields and am not sure if the issue is to do with ACF or Flowplayer?

Any help would be really appreciated.
