[Plugin: G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager] Does the Double Opt-In List Management utilize Lightbox?

I really was enjoying this plugin until recently. After getting to know the plugin and using it a bit, I noticed a problem on my site that happens when I have lightbox/shadowbox/thickbox/ect. plugins activated. All I want to know is if the Double Opt-In List Manager Plugin uses a lightbox-typed setting. And if it does, I’d like to know if I could disable it.

I have really enjoying this plugin, but I really can’t use it if it interferes with other parts of my site.
