[Plugin: Gallery2 Importer] Completely broken. Import steps pages don't even load.

I’ve tried using both 3.1 and 3.0 of this plugin on two WP installations – one 3.1.3 and the other 3.2.1 – and it wouldn’t work on either.

On both blogs the plugin gets as far as writing the header of step 1 then gives up. The last line of the page source is <h2>Import Gallery2</h2>.
