[Plugin: GD Pages Navigator] GD pages navigator problem

I downloaded and installed the gd pages navigator plugin to be used as a sidebar widget. I can’t seem to figure out how to remove pages from the two lists displayed in the options. The lists are “Hide Widget On These Pages:” and “Exclude Pages From Display:”. Please help, thanks in advance.
