[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Can't moderate ratings

  • Hi,

    I’m using the multi rating system and I’m struggling with the functionnality to moderate or delete a particular rating from a visitor.

    In the admin, I go to “GD Star Rating” -> “Multiple Configuration” and then, at the right under “Statistics” I click on the number of articles that has been voted. After, I click on the number under “Evaluation”.

    On this panel, I’m supposed to see all the ratings so I could delete them, but instead, I see a blank page.

    When I set my Debug to true, I get this message : “Notice: Undefined variable: pager in …./wp-content/plugins/gd-star-rating/options/multis/results_set.php on line 26”

    Any idea? I tried to disable all plugins but I’m still getting the error…

    I appear to have the same problem. Would love to use it but really cannot afford the support costs.

    I have multisets set to moderate.

    When voting it registers the vote, but then there is no where to moderate the vote in the dashboard.

    If I go into Multisets in the DG Star Rating menu this is what I get

    Any advice or help from anyone would be much appreciated.

    Milan told me that this issue will be resolved on GD Star ver.2 which will be publish soon.

    Thanks for letting me know. Perhaps I will stop pulling my hair out and wait for version 2 ??

    Same problem @ multiratings. Can not moderate them. Any news on this? I am using gd star 1.9.22

    damn.. and still no news on 2.0.. waiting for more than a year now.
