[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Live event handler?

First thanks for this fantastic plugin!

On my site I use ajax to dynamically load the post content. As I call the loop normally, GD star rating shows fine, but its JavaScript event can’t be triggered, resulting in plugin doesn’t work. Please take a look here: https://i.thica.net/, and click on any “??c c? bài” (Full Read) link.

Looks like GD star rating doesn’t use jQuery’s live() to bind click events? I tried modifying the plugin JavaScript file, but it’s packed. Please help on this.
