[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Multi Review table edit styling

Hi,
Great plugin.Is there a way I can edit some of the styling of a Multi Review table?
I’d just like to change the background colour and incorporate a Pros and Cons list just about the stars.Any help would be much appreciated.
