[Plugin: GD Star Rating] 2 rating widgets show different results?? why?

After a week searching around I can get with a solution, maybe is something I do not understand and I wish someone could explain that to me.

situation: I have set up 2 widget in the sidebar, the first one show a list of 15 posts, user based, bayesian calculation, minimum 5 votes..

the second witget shows the same but only 1 post.. that should be just the first of the first list.. but it isn’t, it shows in this moment the third of first 15…

What am I doing wrong?? what I don’t understand??
