[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Need User Guide

  • I have installed this plugin but I don’t understand it’s uses rules.
    I see there is a ratings block is being shown under my post content but I don’t want to show the ratings there. I want to show ratings in the top of sidebar. So How can I use this plugin in sidebar and how to prevent not to show under post content.
    How to integrate review system with my theme codes.
