[Plugin: GD Star Rating] One Rating/Voting per day ( with ip prevent double-rating)?

Please Help.
How can I set some sort of rule that all can only Vote or Rate once per day for any post or page?
Do I need to add extra cookie in template?
Have been trying to do that in the last 96 hours but did not work at all?
Please advice me?
