[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Submit Comment in order to cast vote

    I am using GD Star Rating v.1.9.20 with ThisWay WP Theme. This Way WP is an AJAX based theme. I have chosen some posts where I would like the star rating to appear on; however, when I select and attempt to cast a vote, it does not update the star selection. It only shows the hover state

    It is only when a visitor leaves a comment on the post that he or she can successfully cast a star rating.

    Using the theme mentioned above, is there a way to submit a star casted vote using AJAX without the need to enter personal information & a comment and then be able to successfully display the rating?

    As a followup, I want to just have the interactivity where a site visitor selects a number of stars and then it casts the vote into the overall rating without hitting a submit button.

    Alternatively, I would like to have the star rating associated with a Name and Email, so that way when the star rating is submitted the name and email can distinguish from duplicate entries. Does GD Star Rating currently support form creation where you would enter Name, Email, Select Stars then submit button to cast vote?
