plugin generate p Tags

The plugin works great. Thanx a lot.
I have just one problem. It put the contend into “p” tags. When i use inside the [notdevice] a other shortcode like [imgae-map] a empty “<p> </p>” tag appears. this cause a empty line on the top of the page.
How i can get rid of this “p” tags?
