[Plugin: Genesis Responsive Slider] Plugin crashes

  • Hi — first tried to upload this plugin through the “search” screen for plugins in WordPress — but when I activated it it made my Plugin screen disappear. (Whenever I clicked on Plugin it would just show a white screen.)

    I went in through FileZilla and manually deleted it. The problem went away and my WP Plugin screen would resolve again.

    I downloaded it again from this website, and manually unzipped and put it in the /plugin folder via FileZilla. Activated it again and…

    same thing. White screen.
