I was assuming you’re not using Genesis Framework – but thanks for posting in the proper plugin forum.

For all users: “Genesis Single Post Navigation” is just optimized for the use with Genesis Framework! Otherwise please use the WordPress version “WP Single Post Navigation”, https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-single-post-navigation/
