Get Directions not showing

Hello, i used your plugin!
The shortcode i call in the page is [get-directions latlong=’40.636427,22.948022′] but when i press the button “Allow” so that the browser will give my address to the plugin, the error “Location information is unavailable” pops up. This happens in Chrome. When i view the same page in Firefox, no error pops up and no directions are shown.
Can you please help me find out what’s wrong?
