    Hello Guys,

Do you guys have a like a list of items to cover to make sure the plugin runs faster when a user tries to book an appointment?

Because we have covered the basics, WordPress is up to date, plugin too, website content is thin, we do not have like videos or heavy stuff, and the users that try to log in are local, I mean from the same area, east coast.

I also noticed this on the settings section: Direct allows your plugin to communicate directly with the Start Booking service. Proxy, which is the default setting, runs all communication with Start Booking through your WordPress site. When communication is handled via the proxy option, those communications can be delayed due to your server configuration.

The part that takes time to load is the ” Searching Availability ” Section, is there a way to make this run faster? this is the part after you select the date, right below

Hi @thecookieman can you reach out to our support team with the domain of your website and the email on your Start Booking account? You will want to use the direct connection so it communicates directly with our platform, then we can take a look at your account and see what might be slowing it down. You can reach our support in the in-application support window. We are happy to help.
