[Plugin: gmap3] Manual?

I have this plugin installed and activated.
And now? No control panel?

I will insert a map, where the visitors can set their own pins with comments.
Every Visitor should see this pins and comments.

I cant programming.
This is a WordPress plugin, programming is usually not necessary.
Otherwise, it is senseless.
