Can you provide the exact path that you extracted it to and what the plugins name is please?

That is the path and the plug in is called Misiek Paypal

If you are using 2.8.4 it may not be compatible. The plugin page says it’s ok up to 2.7.1 and it has not been updated since march. You could always try to find a different plugin for your needs: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/search.php?q=paypal
