    Hello there,

    We recently update Google Listings and Ads v2.1.4. We noticed,
    We connect google merchant account using Google Listings and Ads.
    After sometime Google merchant account disconnected automatically.
    Then we connect again, after sometime same thing happen its disconnected automatically. we don’t know what is happen. can you please advise ?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Dear pepe(woo-hc),

    We cant post that here for security reason because you know its contain full details even database and table names and its not my individual site. I am working for online market place company. Is there any other way could you help me with ?

    Hello,

    For me, We installed Pixel Manager for Woo-commerce Plugin for google ads, they suggest deactivate Pixel Manager for Woo-commerce Plugin and Disconnect merchant account re connect again.

    I did that still i am facing same issue

    I understand you went ahead with opening a ticket via WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support, is this correct?

    Could you please continue the correspondence there until the issue is resolved, as this thread was transferred there now.

    Once a solution is found, feel free to post it here and share it with others.

    Same problem for me, but mine has been going on for a longer time. Sometimes it works fine for a week or so and the next time for 30 min before I log out.
    I have submitted a support ticket.

    I have the same issue, plugin keeps disconnecting from the merchant center..

    Hello there,

    Who is all having this issue i think i found something to fix that. I am not sure is that correct solution or not but i hope it will helpful to someone.
    So,

    In my company multiple team members logged in to WordPress dashboard. Only few of them has access to merchant account.

    Whenever logged in user [who is don’t have merchant account access] trying to open Dashboard -> Marketing -> Google Listing & Ads option after sometime google account get disconnected automatically!

    After i add my WordPress account to merchant account, this issue was fixed.

    Who is all having this issue i think i found something to fix that. I am not sure is that correct solution or not but i hope it will helpful to someone.
